How is everything made?
I make everything by hand with various types of yarn and crochet hooks. Stitch by stitch, so it takes a little while, but ensures a high-quality product that is not mass produced.
Where do you ship?
Right now, I can only ship to the USA.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns. However, if there is something wrong with your item, please reach out and let me know so we can discuss how to resolve the issue.
I saw you had an item a few months ago and it is no longer on your page. Will you make more?
I will be making items seasonally and posting them for sale according to my announcements section on the home page, so be sure to keep an eye out for those announcements. If there is an item from a previous season you would like to purchase, please reach out and let me know! I'd like to continue to make what everyone loves!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
I got an order confirmation email and it's been 7 business days since I ordered and I don't have a shipping confirmation email, what happened?
Be sure to check your spam folder and junk folder for emails, as well. If you still do not have an email, please reach out to me and I will let you know your order status. Also, you can check your confirmation email to track your order.
